No project is ever truly complete, no education is ever really over, and our job is never done.
When you’re attempting to do something remarkable, even your failures should be celebrated. We don’t fear failure. Being innovators means taking risks, and chances are we’re not going to get it perfect the first time. But failure isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of progress. We see failure as an opportunity to learn what doesn’t work so we’re one step closer to finding out what will. If we’re not making mistakes then we’re not trying hard enough. The only real failure would be if we were to let our uncertainties cause us to stop trying to do new and exciting things.
